Dubia Roaches are Not for sale in Florida, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We do not ship worms to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. No warranty on shipments to Alaska (please order with caution) We do not ship internationally.

 
Check your local weather before placing orders. The customer is 100% responsible for being temperature aware. 

Make sure someone is available to receive the package or request it to be held at the Post Office. 

If your temperatures are above (Day or Night) 85F you need to request "Hold at Post Office" 

If your temperatures OR OURS (31005) are below 60f (Day or Night), you will need to add a heat pack & Request "HOLD AT POST OFFICE"  

If requested. We will mark shipping label "Hold at Post Office" Please contact your PO to make sure this is followed.

Make sure your shipping information is correct.

We need to be contacted within 2 hours of delivery with any issues. 

We will not be held responsible if the package was left in mail box or at front door and (or) stolen.

• If the above shipping stipulations are met. We guarantee live arrival but you need to contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

We ship Monday-Wednesday & Fridays (except on holidays). Orders placed on the weekend (after 3pm Friday) will be shipped on Monday. All orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will typically be shipped the same shipping day.
